If you are consulting us with a new complaint
Booking of the Follow-Up service will only be approved if you are already registered with us and have had the initial consultation.
Failure to book the correct service will be handled according to our return terms in section 5.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We use 256-bit SSL encryption of all data. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks and not done on our sites.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS & CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
Booking the wrong date or wrong service is at our own risk. In case you need to change the date of your appointment, you can book a new time slot/correct service and inform us to request a partial refund of the initial booking. Due to system limitations, we cannot reopen the old time slot and will therefore withhold a 20€ refund fee.
It may become obvious to us that our physiotherapy services are not suitable for you. In these circumstances, we will not provide the physiotherapy services to you. Instead, we will suggest an alternative course of action.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any service you book with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You acknowledge that in delivering our physiotherapy services, we are completely reliant upon the information that you provide us. Therefore, you agree to provide us with:
accurate and complete information in response to our intake questionnaires and any follow up questions which we ask of you; and
any information which could reasonably be expected to be relevant to your condition or treatment.

We provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
